Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic ending to a powerful series. The book started out with a jaw dropping surprise and I was unable to put it down. This book was the answer to all my lingering questions. While I loved this entire series and do plan on reading it again. I will say that I feel too much was put into the last book and I was not able to fully appreciate the romance between Morg and Hope as much as I would have liked. But the world Jean took me too in this book was so wonderful I was hoping someone would set my bed on fire so I could get pulled through a portal to live there! I am now starting Shifting Plains, Johnson's new book, and I am happy to find out I can still learn more about this world she created with this series!
